Product Warranties

Each Lister handpiece, clipper and trimmer is built to guarantee consistent performance. However, products can occasionally suffer an unexpected failure or breakdown, so all of our handpieces have a 12-month warranty, while our clippers and trimmers have a 2-year warranty.

The new 2-year warranty applies to all clippers and trimmers purchased on or after 1^st August 2019.

Proof of purchase is required on all warranty claims, which should be in the form of a sales receipt, invoice, delivery note or similar document. If you wish to file a claim, you should contact the retailer from which you purchased the product.

Parts that are subject to wear and tear such as blade sets, drive components, attachment combs, batteries and battery cells are not included under warranty. The only exception to this is the Liberty Lithium battery and the Lister Eclipse Battery which comes with a 1 year warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Appliances must only be fitted with blades manufactured by Lister Shearing/Wahl. Failure to comply will invalidate the warranty. This excludes trimmers and shearing equipment.
